New Service Protocols

Star Nails & Spa will be changing the way we deliver our customer experience.  This is to keep you and our employees safe.  To that end, the following protocols will be implemented:

• By appointment only:  We will not be taking walk-in customers at the present time as our waiting room is temporarily closed.
• All customers and staff will be required to wear face masks or face coverings.  Masks can be purchased for $1 if you do not have one.
• All customers and staff will be required to have their temperatures taken upon entering each sparkling clean salon.  Anyone with a temperature over 100.4 degrees will not be allowed to enter.
• All customers will answer some health questions which will be held in a confidential file unless requested by health authorities.
• After checking in with the receptionist, please wait in your vehicle until we call or text you.  Our waiting area is temporarily closed.
• Everyone must wash their hands with soap and water for a minimum of 20 seconds before their service.
• We wil be temporarily eliminating the three minute massage in order to minimize direct contact between employee and customer.
• Only every other pedicure chair will be used, and a clear plastic shield will be in place for manicures and pedicures.
• We will not be allowed to serve beverages.
• Please keep all non-essential items (shopping bags, back packs, etc) in your vehicle.
• Customers must use the plastic gloves provided when selecting their polish, and all polishes will be sanitized before being placed back
• Waxing services will not be offered at the present time.

We appreciate your understanding as we implement the protocols that are required.  It is our sincere goal to give all our loyal customers a tremendous nail salon experience that you have come to enjoy at Star Nails & Spa while at the same time protecting you and our wonderful employees in the best way we know how.
