Star Nails & Spa is known for our cleanliness and disinfection techniques. With the onset of the cold and flu season, cleanliness and sanitation take on an additional level of importance. This email will outline the steps Star Nails & Spa is taking at all of our locations.
 
  1. Bob Richards, General Manager, is overseeing the cleaning and disinfection program. Bob served as Director of Maintenance for Sodexo/Marriott and has extensive experience in developing cleaning and disinfection protocols for schools and hospitals.
  2. All employees and customers will be required to wash their hands prior to beginning a service.
  3. All manicure stations and pedicure chairs will be wiped down with hospital-grade disinfectant on a regular basis.
  4. Any piece of equipment that is typically in contact with the general public such as rest rooms, ATM's, or door handles, will be disinfected on a regular basis.
  5. Anyone who presents with flu-like symptoms will be requested to cancel their appointment and re-book when they are feeling better.
